Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws and reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal request.

 

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Services Started During the Withdrawal Period

If you have expressly requested that the course begins before the end of the withdrawal period, the following applies:

  • the service may be provided immediately
  • if you withdraw after the service has started, you are required to pay for the portion of the service already provided
  • the amount will be calculated proportionally based on the total course price
  • only the remaining unused portion will be refunded

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if:

  • the service has been fully performed, and
  • you have expressly agreed that the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed

Definition of Service Start

For the purpose of this policy, the service is considered to have started at the time of the first scheduled lesson of the booked course.

Participation in the lesson is not required for the service to be considered as started.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email including:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The course name
  • The date of purchase

You may use the following example:

Scope of Application

This policy applies exclusively to consumers within the European Union.

Business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
