General Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all courses purchased through Tarkiva.
By completing a booking, the student agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
No Refund After Course Start
Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued, except where required under applicable law (e.g. EU right of withdrawal).
The start of the course is defined as the first scheduled lesson, regardless of attendance.
Missed Lessons & No-Shows
- Missed lessons are non-refundable
- No rescheduling is provided for missed sessions
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson (no-show) does not entitle the student to any refund or compensation
Late Cancellation
Cancellation after the course start is not permitted.
Any request to cancel after the start of the course will not result in any refund, except where legally required.
Course Commitment
Courses are sold as complete modules, not individual lessons.
Students commit to the full duration of the course at the time of booking
Technical Issues (Student Side)
The Company is not responsible for:
- internet connectivity issues
- device or hardware problems
- software configuration issues
No refunds, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided for such issues.
Minimum Enrollment / Course Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if:
- the minimum number of participants is not reached
- operational reasons require adjustments
In such cases, students will be offered:
- an alternative course, or
- a full refund
Teacher Changes
The Company reserves the right to replace teachers where necessary.
Such changes do not entitle the student to a refund.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- internet outages
- platform disruptions
- third-party service failures
- force majeure events
In such cases, lessons may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.
Payment Disputes
By purchasing a course, the student agrees to contact the Company first in case of any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with the payment provider.
Relationship with Withdrawal Rights
This policy does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal.
Where applicable, the Withdrawal Policy shall take precedence.
